Physiqora Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Physiqora is published by Elevate Health Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. About Physiqora

Physiqora is a bilingual fitness app (English and Arabic). It includes screens such as Training, Home, Coach, Nutrition, Profile, and Form Check.

The App can help with workout and food logging, progress tracking, progress photos, body analysis, Form Check, Food Scan, Coach guidance, and paid subscriptions when those features are set up.

Physiqora provides general fitness tools and information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Physiqora.

The App asks for your date of birth on your device to check this age rule. It stores a pass/fail eligibility flag on the device and saves your calculated age in your onboarding profile. The App is designed not to keep or send your full date of birth beyond that on-device check.

This age check is not identity verification.

4. Information the App may use

Depending on how you use Physiqora, and whether you are signed in, the App may use:

• Age-check information as described above
• Account and profile information when you sign in
• Workout, nutrition, and progress information you enter or create
• Photos or videos from your camera or photo library for progress photos, body analysis, Form Check, and Food Scan
• Media stored on your device, and—when you are signed in and the App’s backend is set up—some media uploaded to private Supabase storage
• Form Check videos uploaded to private storage and sent to the App’s form-analysis service
• Food Scan images that are resized on your device and sent to the App’s food-vision service (by default, a Supabase Edge Function)
• Coach messages or requests sent to the App’s Coach service
• Subscription information through the app store and, when set up, RevenueCat
• Local workout or progress summaries calculated on your device

The App may also receive information you send by email to contact@elevatehealthlabs.com.

5. How we use information

We use this information to run Physiqora’s features for you—such as age eligibility, your profile, training and nutrition tools, progress photos, body analysis, Form Check, Food Scan, Coach, and subscriptions when available.

We also use email you send us to reply to support or privacy questions, and we may use information when the law requires it.

6. AI and analysis features

Form Check, Food Scan, body analysis, and Coach can use automated or AI-based analysis. Results can be wrong or incomplete. They are for general fitness information only and are not medical advice.

Form Check can upload your video to private storage and send it to the form-analysis service.

Food Scan can resize your food photo and send it to the food-vision service.

Coach sends requests to a configured Coach service. That service’s own privacy practices apply to what it receives.

7. Who may receive information

To provide the App, information may be shared with:

• Supabase, for account-related backend features and private media storage when you are signed in
• The form-analysis service used for Form Check
• The food-vision service used for Food Scan (default path: a Supabase Edge Function)
• The Coach service used for Coach features
• RevenueCat, when set up, for subscription status
• Apple App Store and/or Google Play, if you buy a subscription through them

Those companies have their own privacy policies. Physiqora is not sold as an advertising product, and we do not describe the App as selling your personal information in this policy.

8. Storage and account deletion

Media can be kept on your device. When you are signed in and the backend is set up, some media can also be stored in private Supabase storage (including areas used for body analysis, form check, and progress photos).

The App includes a path to request account deletion through a Supabase delete-account function. That local function is written to remove user media from those storage areas and then delete the Supabase Auth user. Whether that function is live in production can change over time, so results may depend on the current backend setup.

9. Your choices

You can control camera and photo permissions in your device settings.

You can manage app-store subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.

10. Children

Physiqora is for users 16 and older. It is not directed to children under 16. If you think someone under 16 has used the App in a way that created information we hold, contact contact@elevatehealthlabs.com.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
