Physiqora Terms of Use

1. Who provides Physiqora

Physiqora is published by Elevate Health Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. What Physiqora is

Physiqora is a bilingual fitness app (English and Arabic) with screens such as Training, Home, Coach, Nutrition, Profile, and Form Check.

It can include workout and food logging, progress tracking, progress photos, body analysis, Form Check, Food Scan, Coach guidance, and paid subscriptions when those features are available.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Physiqora.

The App checks this using your date of birth on your device, stores a pass/fail flag locally, and saves your calculated age in your onboarding profile. This is an age check, not identity verification.

4. Accounts and responsible use

Some features—such as uploading certain media to private storage—need you to be signed in.

Keep your account details safe. Do not try to break, misuse, or disrupt the App, access other people’s accounts or data, or upload unlawful content.

5. Fitness tools and AI limits

Physiqora provides general fitness tools and information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device.

Guidance, logs, progress data, Form Check results, Food Scan results, body analysis, Coach replies, and other automated outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Do not treat them as a substitute for advice from a qualified health, nutrition, or training professional.

Form Check can upload your video to private storage and send it for analysis. Food Scan can resize and send your food photo for analysis. Coach sends requests to a Coach service.

Stop and seek professional help if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Physiqora does not guarantee fitness, body, or health results.

6. Your content

You are responsible for the photos, videos, logs, and other content you add to Physiqora.

You give Elevate Health Labs LLC permission to host and process that content as needed to operate the App features you use—including local storage and, when you are signed in, private cloud storage and analysis services.

Elevate Health Labs LLC owns Physiqora’s name, branding, software, and the content we provide. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you.

7. Subscriptions

Physiqora may offer paid access through the Apple App Store or Google Play. When set up, the App can use RevenueCat to check a “pro” subscription status for monthly and yearly products.

Prices, billing periods, free trials (if any), renewals, cancellations, restores, and refunds are shown and managed through the app store at the time of purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.

Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Physiqora available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features that rely on internet services, cloud storage, or analysis providers may be unavailable at times.

Physiqora is provided as-is for general fitness use.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms when the App changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
